Virtual – Truth and Reconciliation

September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The day honours the survivors and victims of residential schools, their families and communities. Public commemoration of this tragic and painful history and recognition of the ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process. We’ll post this video on our YouTube channel, including a discussion by Bernita Wabie, Algonquin cultural teacher.
