Sit to Stand Gentle Exercise Program

Mondays at 10:00am, starting Sept 12

This 6 week program is ideal for individuals with barriers to traditional exercise groups due to strength, health, and/or mobility. It will be tailored to the needs of participants and will include an educational component, including smart goal setting and fall prevention strategies. Register online or by calling 705-526-4216.
