Our summer reading programs run June 15 – September 7
We have lots of options for all ages. You can read, report and repeat!
Kids 0-11 can record their reading and do fun activities to win prizes, including lots of fun summer swag, or gift cards from fun local businesses! Register to collect your official Summer Reading Club swag bag and enter our marble contest. Drop in any time to report on your summer reading and earn ballots for our grand prize draw! There will be activities and contests all summer long!
Registration opens Monday, June 15. Reporting begins Thursday, July 2.
The TD Summer Reading Club theme for ages 0-11 is Dive In, and we have lots of fun programs to pique your curiosity, including magic, music, puppets, and more!
Teen Summer Reading Program
Ages 12-18. No formal registration required.

Looking for summer fun? Join us for engaging teen programs all summer long! From D&D campaigns to opportunities to earn volunteer hours, MPL is the place to be this summer. Be sure to check out The Vault—MPL’s dedicated teen space featuring snacks, activities, and a Nintendo Switch, exclusively for patrons ages 12–18.
