Circulation Questions
Questions about your account, fines, overdue materials, placing holds, etc.
- Come by the desk on the main floor of the library and any staff member will be happy to assist you.
- Call us during library hours at (705) 526-4216 and dial extension 3300.
Collection Questions
Questions about suggestions for the collection or interlibrary loans, etc.
- For interlibrary loans stop by the library and a staff member can assist you with your request or fill out a form on our Interlibrary Loans page
- For suggestions for the collection you can fill out your request online by visiting our Make a Suggestion page
Research & Reference Questions
Questions about school projects, community information, what book to read next, computer help, etc.
- Come by the Information Desk on the 2nd floor of the library and a staff member will be happy to help you locate the information you are looking for.
