Beginner Ukulele for Kids

Ages 8-12

Tuesdays, 5-6PM, October 1-November 5

Learning to play the ukulele is a fun and easy introduction to making music. Over this 6-week course, we’ll use children’s songs and popular music to learn basic ukulele chords, rhythms, and strumming patterns. We’ll begin to explore playing simple riffs and melodies, with an introduction to ukulele tabs and the treble clef. Ukuleles will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer! Participants must be available for the entire series. Register online or by phone at 705-526-4216.
